I'm partnering with an established, nationally recognized personal injury law practice seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing Virginia team. • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.


• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance representatives, and other relevant parties.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between [$140,000 – $150,000]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Additional commission and performance-based bonuses are available, with potential total compensation exceeding $250,000 based on the firm's bonus plan and production expectations.
