You'll draft pleadings and handle negotiations, depositions, hearings, and court appearances, delivering strong advocacy for injured clients. The ideal candidate has NY bar admission, substantial trial experience, excellent writing and research skills, and the ability to manage cases independently while coordinating with a legal team.

Qualifications

• Active admission to the New York State Bar.
• Experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters, from early-stage litigation to complex trial work.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation procedures and case management.
• Excellent legal writing, research, communication, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases, prioritize deadlines, and work with legal teams.
• Practice Area: Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury Litigation.
• Experience: 1-2 and 10+.
