Orion Placement in New York is seeking a driven attorney to manage personal injury litigation arising from motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. You will handle discovery, draft pleadings, prep clients for testimony, and participate in court proceedings, with guidance from senior attorneys to develop effective litigation strategies.

The role requires NY Bar admission and 1+ years of NY PI litigation experience, with opportunities to grow in a collaborative, results-driven environment

Competenze

• Active New York Bar admission in good standing.
• 1+ years of New York personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, court appearances, or motion practice.
• Working knowledge of New York civil litigation procedures and the CPLR.
• Strong legal research, writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently while contributing to a team.
• Plaintiff-side personal injury experience and familiarity with Litify is a plus.

Location

New York, NY (Manhattan) — Full-Time, On-Site. Join our team in Manhattan, where you'll collaborate closely with experienced legal professionals and gain hands‑on exposure to New York personal injury litigation.

Note

Candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar and have 1+ years of New York personal injury litigation experience. Both plaintiff-side and insurance defense attorneys are encouraged to apply.
