Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced personal injury attorney to join our North Miami Beach boutique firm. The attorney will manage a substantial PI caseload, handle depositions, and appear in court, with a strong emphasis on client service. The role requires a J.D.

from an accredited law school, Florida Bar admission in good standing, and 2+ years of PI litigation experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.
• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong plaintiff-side personal injury background preferred.
• Demonstrated courtroom, deposition, and trial experience.
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, and litigation skills.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to independently manage a substantial caseload.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Comfortable taking cases through litigation and trial.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury litigation from filing to trial.
• Negotiate settlements and draft memoranda and pleadings.
