Glenlist in Burbank, CA is seeking an entry-level Associate Personal Injury Attorney to manage a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through trial. You will communicate with opposing counsel, handle depositions, prepare for trials, and deliver excellent client service.

The role requires 0–5 years of PI litigation, active CA Bar, strong research, writing, and bilingual Spanish is preferred. Ability to work under deadlines and manage a large caseload is essential; firm offers benefits

Qualifications

• Active CA Bar in good standing required.
• 0–5 years of personal injury litigation experience preferred.
• Strong research, analysis and writing skills.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Law and motion experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day personal injury cases from filing through trial.
• Communicate with opposing counsel regarding case strategy and settlements.
• Take and defend depositions of parties and witnesses.
• Attend court appearances as required and prepare for trial.
• Review documents and provide feedback to staff; audit case files for accuracy.
