Gordon Feinblatt LLC seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in Baltimore, MD. The primary focus is settlement and litigation of personal injury claims, managing a high-volume docket with leadership, negotiation, and client service at the core.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years handling personal injury cases, active Maryland Bar status, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Korean and/or Spanish are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling personal injury cases.
• Active member in good standing of the Maryland Bar.
• Bar admissions in Virginia, DC and/or Federal Bar are a plus, but not required.
• Fluency in Korean and/or Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated attorney with strong leadership, negotiation, and client service skills who can effectively manage a high-volume of personal injury litigation and claims cases.

• Independently litigate District Court and Circuit Court personal injury cases.

Requirements

Salary Range

$140,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually

(The base salary range for this position is $140,000–$180,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of candidate-specific factors, including skills, relevant experience, job-related knowledge, and market considerations.)
