Job summary

Gordon Feinblatt is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in Baltimore, MD. The primary focus will be settlement and litigation of personal injury claims, requiring strong leadership, negotiation, and client service skills.

Candidates should have at least 5 years handling personal injury cases, be admitted to the Maryland Bar in good standing (Virginia/DC/Federal admission a plus), and be capable of managing a high volume of cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling personal injury cases.
• Active member in good standing of the Maryland Bar. Bar admissions in Virginia, DC and/or Federal Bar are a plus, but not required.
• Fluency in Korean and/or Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Independently negotiate personal injuries claims and assist paralegals with all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury claims.
• Independently litigate District Court and Circuit Court personal injury cases.
