Job summary

LHH is assisting a respected Arizona plaintiff-side personal injury firm in its search for an Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation team. This is an in-office role in Phoenix or Tucson, offering mentorship and hands-on experience early in your career.

The position requires a J.D. from an accredited law school and excellent communication and client-service skills. Spanish is a plus but not required. Base salary starts at $100,000+ DOE with strong benefits and a collaborative culture.

LHH is assisting a highly regarded Arizona plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in its search for an Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation team. This opportunity is ideal for a recently licensed Arizona attorney or a lawyer with plaintiff personal injury experience who is looking to build a long-term career with a respected firm known for its commitment to client advocacy and successful outcomes.

The Role

As an Associate Attorney, you will work alongside experienced personal injury attorneys, supporting clients throughout all phases of their cases while developing your litigation and case management skills. The position offers meaningful client interaction and hands-on experience in a collaborative environment focused on achieving outstanding results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing personal injury matters from intake through resolution
