The ideal candidate will handle EUOs, prepare demands, supervise junior staff, and drive results in motor vehicle collision cases. This role offers exposure to high-stakes litigation and collaboration with senior partners.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid caseload management across pre-litigation and litigation personal injury matters.
• Case management from intake through settlement, including strategy, documentation, and client communications.
• Document preparation for pre-litigation demands and settlement packages.
• Settlement negotiations with carriers and leadership of 6–10 Case Managers to ensure KPI compliance.
• Client interaction including recorded statements, EUOs preparation, and hearings preparation.
