Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited school.
• Bar admission in New Jersey or clearly eligible to sit for the bar.
• Prior PI litigation experience is a plus.
• Spanish language fluency is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Make court appearances and argue motions.
• Draft briefs, affidavits, pleadings, and discovery documents.
• Meet with clients and gather information for cases.
• Assist in discovery and prepare for depositions.
• Organize case files and manage deadlines.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Collaborate with paralegals and other attorneys on cases.
