Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license and in good standing with the relevant state bar.
• Minimum of 1 year of personal injury litigation experience.
• Knowledge of personal injury law, including claims, litigation, insurance negotiations, and court procedures.
• Strong case management, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of personal injury claims from intake through settlement or trial.
• Conduct client interviews at intake and gather facts, records, and documentation.
• Review medical records, billing, police reports, and other evidence to assess liability and damages.
• Keep cases progressing within stage-based timeframes and meet deadlines.
• Delegate tasks to paralegals and review their work for accuracy.
• Conduct legal research and support senior attorneys on complex cases.
• Represent clients at depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials under supervision.
• Explain settlement offers and litigation options to clients and obtain informed consent.
