Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of personal injury claims from intake through settlement or trial.
• Conduct client interviews at intake and gather facts and records.
• Review medical records, police reports, and other evidence to assess liability and damages.
• Maintain active case progression within defined timeframes and deadlines.
