Qualifications

• At least one year of Personal Injury experience.
• Experience in Social Security Disability or insurance law is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients for intake and analyze claim potential.
• Develop case through research and communication with clients.
• Negotiate settlement agreements with insurance adjusters.
• Manage case files to ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout process.
• Prepare for arbitration or trial when necessary.
• Provide high quality representation of the firm.
