Planet Fitness in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a part-time Fitness Trainer to design personalized programs for members across fitness levels. You will lead small-group PE@PF sessions, recruit members, and ensure safe, effective workouts.

The role reports to the General Manager and works with Fitness Training Support Managers. You will educate both members and staff on PE@PF programs, gym equipment, and safety features, while maintaining organized records and contributing to a welcoming, Judgment

Qualifications

• Certifications from one or more NCCA-accredited programs preferred and must be provided to club GM.
• CPR certification required; provide certification copy.
• Strong understanding of gym equipment and safety features.

Responsibilities

• Design individualized exercise programs for members and track progression.
• Lead PE@PF small group sessions (30-60 minutes).
• Market PE@PF and recruit members to participate.
• Inspect gym equipment for malfunctions and document findings.
• Enroll members into PE@PF sessions daily using computer systems.
• Maintain neat daily/weekly paperwork and documentation.
• Educate staff and members on PE@PF programs and equipment.
