Magellan Health is seeking a Financial Counselor to provide comprehensive personal financial services to military service members and their families. Responsibilities include counseling, developing financial materials, and delivering workshops.

This position will provide personal financial services at assigned military installations. Primary responsibilities include the full breadth of personal financial counseling services to military service members and their families at military installations, including individualized one‑on‑one counseling, briefings, presentations, and referral resources. The counselor works closely with installation and military branch points of contact (POC) to ensure the program remains within scope and meets installation needs.
Salary Minimum: $58,440; Salary Maximum: $93,500. This range is based on national data and may vary by location. Actual pay will be based on individual skills, experience, education, and other job‑related factors. The position may be eligible for short‑term incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, voluntary and other benefits designed to enhance physical, mental, emotional, and financial wellbeing.
