Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Advisor based in Kansas City, MO. As a Financial Advisor, you will develop customized financial strategies tailored to meet clients' needs and goals, including wealth accumulation, retirement planning, and risk management. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing clients’ financial health, recommending tailored investment strategies, and reviewing their ongoing financial plans. You will also actively maintain and grow a client base by building relationships and consulting on a variety of financial services and products.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning preferred
• Knowledge and experience with Finance and Investments preferred
• Proficiency in Financial Advisory services preferred
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to excellence
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CFP® or CFA are an advantage
