About The Role

We are a well-established provider of personal and professional development programs and live events. We’re seeking motivated, self-directed professionals to join us in a remote, independent capacity.

People in the coaching industry -corporate or private - are often seeking to expand their work. So this contract role is suited to experienced individuals who are confident in engaging others, enjoy working autonomously, and are passionate about empowering people through personal growth. You’ll be marketing and promoting transformational programs, and coaching team members to develop their personal and business effectiveness.

This is not a salaried position, but a performance-based opportunity well-suited to individuals who value flexibility and independence.

Please note: This is not a service to provide coaches with a list of new clients.

It's been found to be most valuable to coaches and professionals who are either seeking a part-time, aligned income stream—or a full-time change into the personal development space, where marketing programs and mentoring team members are the two core focuses.

What You'll Do

• Represent and promote personal development and leadership programs through digital channels
• Connect with individuals interested in growth and learning, and guide them through a simple information process
• Engage in weekly virtual development sessions to stay aligned and upskilled
• Work autonomously, managing your own schedule (minimum 15–20 hours/week)
• Be part of a collaborative and supportive network of like-minded professionals
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in coaching, HR, L&D, training, or similar fields
• Confident and clear communicator (written and verbal)
• Comfortable with digital tools such as Zoom, email, and social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently
• Strong interest in personal development and leadership growth
• Must reside in Australia, New Zealand, USA, or Canada
