Job summary

Tushar Barot - Supreme Insurance Services is seeking a Personal & Commercial Lines CSR who builds strong customer relationships by handling insurance inquiries with speed and professionalism through daily interaction with customers, carriers, and colleagues.

You will answer calls, pre-qualify prospects, present policy options, set appointments, process renewals, collect payments, and provide required documentation while staying informed on industry changes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Two+ years personal and commercial lines experience required or plus.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is a plus.
• Holds an insurance license or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and correspondence regarding new or existing policies and service all claims.
• Pre-qualify prospects, gather data, research options, present choices, bind coverage, and negotiate with carriers.
• Set appointments to review policies, adjust liability limits, and renewals.
• Explain products, process renewals/payments, and provide requested documentation.
• Seek increases in coverage and round out accounts at each contact.
• Maintain records in the agency management system and resolve issues with customers.
