Job summary

Keystone Insurance, a Leavitt Group affiliate, is seeking a service-minded Personal & Commercial Lines Account Manager to support both personal and commercial clients while developing into a Commercial Lines role.

You will manage personal accounts (auto, home, umbrella, RV) and assist commercial clients with service, renewals, endorsements, and coverage reviews, while supporting producers with quotes and new business.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Insurance agency experience preferred
• Experience with Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or agency management systems is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and service Personal Lines accounts, including auto, home, umbrella, and recreational vehicle policies
• Assist commercial clients with policy service, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and coverage reviews
• Support producers with quoting, submissions, and new business implementation
• Build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners
• Identify opportunities to better protect clients through additional coverages and solutions
• Participate in renewal planning and account strategy discussions
