Keystone Insurance, a Leavitt Group affiliate, is seeking a service-minded insurance professional to join our agency as a Personal & Commercial Lines Account Manager. This role supports both personal and commercial clients while developing expertise to transition into a Commercial Lines Account Manager position.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Insurance agency experience preferred.
• Experience with Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or agency management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service Personal Lines accounts, including auto, home, umbrella, and recreational vehicle policies.
• Assist commercial clients with policy service, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and coverage reviews.
• Support producers with quoting, submissions, and new business implementation.
• Build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners.
• Identify opportunities to better protect clients through additional coverages and solutions.
• Participate in renewal planning and account strategy discussions.
