Job summary

Place 2B Properties seeks a compassionate home health aide to monitor health status through patient observation and assist with daily living activities in clients' homes. • Deliver comprehensive patient observation to monitor health status and detect changes promptly.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Ability to manage client needs while coordinating with family members and provide personal attendant services unique to each home. Support individuals with disabilities by assisting with mobility, personal hygiene, and daily tasks in a respectful manner
• Support patients with specialized needs such as Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, memory care, hospice care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities.
• Operate medical equipment like Hoyer lifts and perform catheter care safely and effectively.
• Assist with meal preparation and light cleaning duties to promote a healthy living environment.
• Document all patient interactions thoroughly in medical records ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies using first aid skills when necessary to ensure safety at all times
