Job summary

ComForCare Home Care in Fort Collins seeks a compassionate Personal caregiver overnight to provide 1-on-1 support in seniors' private homes. You will assist with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, and companionship to help clients live independently and comfortably.

We offer flexible overnight shifts, every other weekend, and paid holiday opportunities. Growth, training, and a supportive team environment emphasize meaningful community care.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Age 18+, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background check required; prior in-home care experience a plus.
• Passion to serve and help others live independently at home.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 personal care and companionship to seniors in private homes.
• Assist with daily living activities, light housekeeping, and routine support.
• Flexible overnight shifts; every other weekend; some holidays paid at time-and-a-half.

Completive Wage: $17.50 – $22.00 / hour (Based on experience)

Job Summary

Responsibilities & Work Schedule

• Provide 1-on-1 compassionate personal care and companionship to seniors in private home settings.
• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs), light housekeeping, and personal routine support.
• Flexible Shifts Available: overnight shifts to fit family, work, and school commitments.
• Schedule Requirements: Every other weekend required; occasional holiday shifts (paid at Time-and-a-Half).

Caregiver Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Transportation: Access to reliable transportation with a current, valid Driver’s License.
• Background Check: Ability to pass a standard criminal background check.
• Experience: Previous experience as an In-Home Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in home care or senior living communities is a plus!
