Peaceful Living, L.L.C. is seeking a Personal Care Worker to support clients in Prescott, WI. The role involves hands-on care in a home setting, focusing on dignity, independence, and positive interactions for those served.

You’ll join a team that values compassion and reliability, with paid training available. The position offers a part-time schedule of about 3 hours per day, once or twice weekly, with opportunities to grow and develop within the care team.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but paid training is provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Pass a background check.
• Have proof of insurance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment that supports clients’ individual needs, goals, and self-expression.
• Monitor clients and providing support based on their individual needs.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, hair care and oral hygiene.
• Prepare meals and performing light housekeeping.
• Providing transportation to activities and medical appointments.
• Build positive relationships with clients and learn their routines, preferences, behaviors, and communication styles.
• Treat every client with dignity, patience, and respect.
• Work collaboratively with coworkers, managers, and other members of the care team.

• Schedule: This client is seeking help 3 hours a day, once or twice per week.

What You’ll Do:

As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll provide hands-on support while creating a safe, positive, and respectful environment for the people we serve. Your responsibilities may include:

• Creating a welcoming environment that supports clients’ individual needs, goals, and self-expression.
• Monitoring clients and providing support based on their individual needs.

• Assisting with or providing personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, hair care, and oral hygiene.
