Peaceful Living, L.L.C. is seeking a Personal Care Worker to support one client with 1-on-1 in-home care in Hudson, WI. You’ll provide hands-on care in a respectful environment, helping clients maintain independence and dignity.

We offer morning, evening, and overnight shifts with pay rates of $17.25 per hour for morning and evening, and $15 per hour for overnight shifts, plus sleep-time flexibility when the client is sleeping. Paid training and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Proof of insurance and reliable transportation required.
• Willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Position Details:

We are seeking a Personal Care Worker to support one of our clients with 1-on-1 in-home care in Hudson, WI.

• Shifts: We offer morning, evening and overnight shifts. Morning & Evening shifts feature a set rate of $17.25/hour. Overnight shifts pay $15/hour and offer sleep-time flexibility, provided the client is asleep and does not require immediate assistance.
• Weekends: Every other weekend may be required, depending on client needs
• Scheduling: Schedules vary based on client needs. Our Human Resources team will work with you to find a schedule that fits your availability.

What You’ll Do:

As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll provide hands-on support while creating a safe, positive, and respectful environment for the people we serve. Your responsibilities may include:

• Creating a welcoming environment that supports clients’ individual needs, goals, and self-expression.
• Monitoring clients and providing support based on their individual needs.
• Assisting with or providing personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, hair care, and oral hygiene.
• Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping.
• Providing transportation to activities and medical appointments.
• Building positive relationships with clients and learning their individual routines, preferences, behaviors, and communication styles.
• Treating every client with dignity, patience, and respect.
• Working collaboratively with coworkers, managers, and other members of the care team.

No prior caregiving experience? No problem.
