$41.50 - $50 p.h. + PLUS shift penalties and super

We are seeking Assistants in Nursing with at least 6 months of Aged Care experience working as an AIN in Australia. You will pick up local ad hoc shifts in Aged Care facilities across East Melbourne. This is not a full-time role but offers enough hours for those who are flexible with their availability and willing to travel between 30-60 mins per shift.

If you are an AIN with over 6 months of Australian experience and want 1 to 3 shifts per week, this role is ideal for you!

We believe our Assistant Nurses should be well compensated for their important work, which is why our AIN pay rates are high. See below for our pay scales. If you are seeking your next role in or around East Melbourne, we are well positioned to assist you.

You will have:

• Certificate 3 in Aged Care Work, Community Care Services, Individual Support, or another recognized aged care qualification
• Current Flu vaccination and three Covid-19 vaccinations
• Willingness to travel up to 45/60 mins per shift

Ideally, you will have or be able to obtain:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in the aged care sector
• National Police Clearance and current Statutory Declaration (or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS experience highly regarded

We believe in professional pay, which is why our rates are high:

• Local Shifts: $41.50
• Travel Contracts: $50

* The hourly rate above is for AM shifts and will include shift penalties and superannuation.
