Job summary

Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Specialist (STNA/CNA) to provide in-home direct patient care in Millersburg, OH. This full-time position involves driving to patient homes with a typical shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including weekend/holiday coverage roughly every 5–7 weeks.

You will work closely with patients, families, and the care team to deliver compassionate, dignity-centered care and to document care in the EMR system accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CHPNA certification preferred.
• Ohio's Hospice provides professional development opportunities including support toward applicable certifications.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to document patient care electronically.
• Valid Ohio driver's license with safe driving record and insurance.
• Ability to complete required employment screening including background check and 10-panel drug screen.

Personal Care Specialist (STNA/CNA) – Millersburg, Ohio

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Specialist (STNA/CNA) to provide in-home support to patients in Millersburg and surrounding communities.

This is afull-time, driving position with a 40-hour workweek. The typical schedule is8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with weekend and holiday coverage approximately every 5–7 weeks.

Responsibilities

As a Personal Care Specialist, you will provide hands-on care and support while respecting each patient's dignity, comfort, and individual needs. You will also work closely with patients, families, and members of the care team.
