Job summary

What You Should Know About This Role
  • Full-time position with a schedule of8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
  • Weekend rotation required approximatelyevery 4-6 weeks.
  • This is adriving position serving patients throughout the Lancaster and Zanesville areas, with the majority of visits taking place inZanesville.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel in varying weather conditions are required.
About the Role

As a Personal Care Specialist, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care that helps patients remain comfortable and supported throughout their hospice journey. More than providing personal care, you'll build meaningful relationships with patients and families while serving as an important member of the interdisciplinary care team.
