Ohio's Hospice is seeking a Personal Care Specialist for the Middletown Hospice House IPU in Franklin, OH. This PT day shift role runs 7am-7:30pm with every other weekend/holiday rotation and UC duties in the role.

You will work alongside an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity, and peace to patients and families during important moments. Mileage reimbursement, technology tools, and ongoing professional development support are offered.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Certified Nurse Aide in Ohio.
• CHPNA certification preferred.
• Proficient computer skills with EMR documentation.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and 10 panel drug screening.

Personal Care Specialist – Making every moment matter

As a Personal Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing quality of life for patients and supporting families during some of their most important moments. Working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you'll deliver compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity, and peace.

This is a PT Day shift position for our Middletown Hospice House IPU. The hours are 7am-7:30pm with every other weekend/holiday rotation and will also have UC duties in this role as well.

Qualifications of this role:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certified Nurse Aide in the state of Ohio
• Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse Aide (CHPNA) certification preferred. Ohio's Hospice supports professional growth and offers opportunities for eligible employees to obtain certification.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to accurately document patient care and services in electronic medical records.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with a safe driving record and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and 10 panel drug screening.
