Job Opening: Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) at The Horsham Center for Jewish Life

The INN at The Horsham Center for Jewish Life in North Wales, PA, is seeking both new and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in the Personal Care Unit.

Charge Nurse Openings

Schedule: Weekends Only

Shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm

Per Diem Schedule: Available

Responsibilities:

• Complete all necessary paperwork and assume responsibilities of Nursing Supervisor for Med Techs.
• Monitor patients/residents, communicate significant changes to patients, families, physicians, and staff, and ensure care conforms to care plans and policies.
• Administer medications as ordered, including PO, SC, IM, and maintain accurate narcotics records.
• Properly dispose of discontinued medications.
• Receive and record physician phone orders, transcribe orders to MARs, and notify pharmacies of changes.
• Document wound care daily.
• Report occurrences to nurse managers.

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in personal care preferred.
