Job Type: Weekend Warrior | 4 Shifts per Pay Period

Weekend Warrior LPN Schedule:

Work 4 Shifts per Pay Period – Enjoy flexibility during the week!
Available Shifts:

• 7 AM – 3 PM | Saturday & Sunday
• 3 PM – 11 PM | Saturday & Sunday
• 11 PM – 7 AM | Saturday & Sunday

What You’ll Do as an LPN:

• Provide direct nursing care and oversee CNAs to ensure quality care for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Monitor residents' conditions and document changes in their care plans.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident needs are met.
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols to maintain a healthy environment.
