Valley View Retirement Community is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support residents in a Personal Care setting. Lead Resident Assistants, manage care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance with clinical standards in a mission-driven environment.

You will provide personal care, medication support, meals, and activities while promoting dignity and independence for residents, adhering to policies and recording accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold Pennsylvania Practical Nursing license.
• Knowledge of Personal Care Home regulations and guidelines.
• Ability to lead, guide, and support Resident Assistants.
• Strong communication skills in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Commitment to mission-driven, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident services including personal care, medication support, meals, and activities.
• Direct the day-to-day work of Resident Assistants with guidance and oversight.
• Review resident support plans to stay informed of needs, preferences, and care requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Personal Care Home regulations, policies, and clinical standards.
• Complete and maintain accurate clinical documentation and incident reports.
• Support resident dignity, privacy, independence, and individuality at all times.
