Valley View Retirement Community in Belleville, PA is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support residents in Personal Care. In this PRN role you will deliver hands-on nursing support, review care plans, and guide Resident Assistants to ensure care meets regulations and Valley View’s mission.

You will provide personal care, medication support, meals and activities, maintain accurate records, and participate in surveys.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Practical Nursing License (LPN).
• Knowledge of Personal Care Home regulations and guidelines.
• Ability to lead, guide, and support Resident Assistants.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident services including personal care, medication support, meals, and activities.
• Direct the day-to-day work of Resident Assistants, offering guidance and oversight.
• Review resident support plans to stay informed of needs, preferences, and care requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Personal Care Home regulations, policies, and clinical standards.
• Complete and maintain accurate clinical documentation, incident reports, and resident records.
• Support resident dignity, privacy, independence, and individuality at all times.
