Responsibilities include staff scheduling, care planning, keeping accurate records, engaging families, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Personal Care Home Administrator or similar role.
• Demonstrated leadership and staff management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid certifications, licenses, or registrations as required by state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing administration and management of the personal care home, including staff scheduling and resident care planning.
• Coordinating with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintaining accurate records of resident care, services, and concerns.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
• Addressing concerns and implementing solutions to maintain a positive environment.
