Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the personal care home, including staff scheduling and resident care planning.
• Coordinate with care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care, services, and concerns.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
