Job summary

Crossroads is hiring for opportunities in Portland and Windham, Maine, to support clients in a substance use and mental health program. The role emphasizes safety, healthy boundaries, and collaboration with the Program Manager to deliver consistent care.

Responsibilities include supervising medication observation, transporting clients to appointments, and ensuring adherence to program schedules and Crossroads policies. A valid license and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 1 year experience in mental health or substance use field.

• Ensuring clients are safe and following program scheduling.
• Supporting healthy boundaries while maintaining a positive and healthy environment.
• Facilitating medication observation.
• Transporting and accompanying clients to regular appointments.
• Ensuring Crossroads policies and protocols are followed.
• Operates under supervision of the Program Manager and performs routine tasks per agency policies.
