Job summary

Safe Harbor Home Care is hiring Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support to clients in North County San Diego. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meal planning, medication reminders, housekeeping, transportation, and companionship to help clients live safely at home.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Clearance Verified on the Home Care Aide Registry
• Current TB certificate
• Valid I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification documents
• Completed “Criminal Record Statement” (LIC 508)
• Complete “Personnel Record” (LIC 501)
• Complete “Statement Acknowledging Requirement to Report Suspected Abuse of Dependent Adults and Elders” (SOC 341A)
• Minimum of five (5) hours entry-level training prior to presence with client(s)

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral care
• Mobility support (walking, transfers, positioning)

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Attendant-Caregivers to provide non-medical assistance to clients in their homes and communities. Caregivers help clients live safely and comfortably at home by supporting daily activities such as:

• Bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Mobility support: ambulation, transferring, and positioning
• Incontinence care and toileting assistance
• Reminders for self-administered medication
• Housekeeping, laundry, meal planning, and preparation
• Running errands, shopping, and providing transportation
• Offering companionship and emotional support

Caregivers ensure services are delivered with care, dignity, and respect while following agency policies, state regulations, and industry standards.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

Qualifications include:

• 18 years of age or older
