A leading company in senior care is seeking a caregiver to provide direct resident care and assist with daily activities. The role involves maintaining a positive environment for residents while upholding core values of respect and integrity. Candidates must complete required training and have experience with older adults.
Provides direct resident care, completes assignments as a universal worker, assists in maintaining a positive physical and psychosocial environment for residents, and upholds Prestige’s core values of respect, integrity, commitment, and trust.
Must complete and pass a competency evaluation within 120 days of employment. Must have or obtain state-required training including Fundamentals of Care, Dementia Care, First Aid, CPR, and HIV training if not previously documented. Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
High school diploma or GED preferred, with one or more years of personal care experience with older adults.
Current First Aid and CPR certifications. Food Handler permit if required by state.
