Job summary

Wynnfield Crossing in Rochester, IN is seeking a Personal Care Attendant to provide compassionate care to our senior residents within an Assisted Living community. The role supports daily living activities, meal assistance, and companionship in a respectful environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, medication assistance, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escort residents within and outside the building as needed.
• Assist with setting up, serving meals and cleanup after.
• Support planning and execution of activities for residents on a regular basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.

Personal Care Attendant Responsibilities include:

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence

• May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
