Job summary

Senior Helpers in the United States seeks compassionate caregivers to provide companionship, assist with hobbies and meals, and support daily living activities in clients' homes.

You will help with mobility, personal hygiene, light housekeeping, and transportation if needed, with a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth.

Applicants must pass background checks, obtain CPR/First Aid, and be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Qualifications

• Must have a driver's license, valid auto insurance, and own reliable transport.
• 1 year of field experience as a PCA, CNA or Home Health Aide preferred; training available.
• Able to pass state and federal background check and drug screen.
• Current TB test and physical required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Provide 2 personal and 2 professional references.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to learn new skills to help clients.
• Proficient communication and ability to organize tasks.

Job Responsibilities

Job Qualifications

• Must have a driver's license, valid auto insurance, your own reliable transportation, clean driving record and willingness to drive a reasonable distance. Must take vehicle to shift in case client needs transportation
• 1 year of field experience as a PCA, CNA or Home Health Aide is preferred but we will train the right candidates
• Must be able to pass State and Federal background check & drug screen
• Must get a current TB and physical prior to beginning work with us
• Must obtain CPR & First aid certifications
