Care Partners in Irvine, California, is looking for compassionate Caregivers to provide one-on-one care to clients with varying diagnoses. This role includes assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and ensuring clients receive companionship while following care plans.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver

• Provide one-on-one care to elderly and adults clients with different diagnosis (Dementia and Alzheimer’s.
• Assist clients complete their activities of daily living.
• Assist with Personal Care (bathing and toileting), meal preparation, medication reminders and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and engagement.
• Follow the client care plan and provide updates as needed.

Position Requirements as a Caregiver
