Job summary

Sacred Touch Homecare LLC is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant to join our CT team across multiple locations. You will assist clients with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and safety, while following individualized care plans and reporting health changes to supervisors.

Ideal candidates have caregiving experience, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus, with opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or home health preferred.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans.
• Reliable transportation to commute to clients.
• Patience when caring for elderly or disabled.
• Good communication with clients and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers to ensure client safety
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
• Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a caregiving role preferred
• Patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and a professional demeanor
