Job Details

Title: Personal Care Attendant

Location: Cuyahoga, Lorain, Summit OH

Status: Part time/As needed

Salary: USD 15 - 17.00 Per Hour

About the Role

If you're a caregiver at heart, our goal is to find dedicated individuals who want to grow their potential and make a difference. We provide training to help you become a home health aide (HHA) or a nurse, regardless of your experience level. Just bring your dedication; we handle the training and education!

Responsibilities

1. Monitoring patients' physical and mental condition, intake/output, and exercise.
2. Providing housekeeping, laundry, shopping, meal prep, and errands.
3. Providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
4. Teaching patients to care for themselves with aids and techniques.
5. Assisting family members with patient care techniques and advice.
6. Recording patient information and reporting changes to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Ability to create a safe environment.
• Knowledge of health promotion and maintenance.
• Nursing skills or healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Dependability and emotional control.
• Previous teamwork experience in healthcare preferred.
• No experience? We offer training for Home Health Aide Certificates.
