SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring a compassionate personal care attendant to support clients in their homes across Illinois. The role emphasizes companionship, non-medical assistance, and reliable, on-time coverage to enhance clients’ well-being and quality of life.

The position offers an experience-based pay scale of $18–$21 per hour, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, overtime and holiday bonuses, and opportunities for growth through referral programs and incentives.

• Experience in personal care preferred.

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
