Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, eating, dressing, and hygiene; noting changes to residents' conditions; assisting with medication reminders; responding to call lights; and supporting dining room needs.

• Assist residents with bathing, eating, dressing and personal hygiene as needed.
• Inform supervisor and staff of changes in residents' conditions and document observations.
• Follow procedure for medication reminders to ensure correct day and time.
• Answer emergency call lights and respond appropriately.
• Perform dining room duties and assist with dining needs of residents.
