Personal Care Assistant (PCA)-RBT-ABA Therapist

Discovery Therapy, a company that truly cares for our family of therapists, is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (RBT) to join our Early Intervention team!

Multiple locations available!

Services will be for children with a variety of developmental and/or learning disabilities that are in need of Personal Care Assistance Services.

We have full-time, part-time, and contract/per-diem positions available. *1099 Contractor Position* Monday - Friday.

The Personal Care Assistant, RBT will work directly, one-on-one (1:1) with children in preschools, daycares, or home environments. Generally, the children we help typically receive support for 3-7 hours each day. The Personal Care Assistant, RBT therapist will work 1:1 with the child to ensure their success in preschool, daycare, or home environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• One-on-One (1:1) support for children
• Providing assistance to children who may have behavioral challenges, medical/physical limitations, or a neurological diagnosis
• Implementing instructional strategies

Requirements:

• High School Diploma REQUIRED
• CPR and First Aid certifications REQUIRED
• Experience supporting children with behavioral challenges and self-care needs in the 3-5 age group PREFERRED
