Answers For Autism, operating out of Robbinsville NJ, is seeking passionate, caring new team members to work with individuals on the autism spectrum in the home and/or the community.

ABA therapists will be hired on a per-diem basis, with the potential for full-time hours depending on availability. Typical caseloads are 10-15 hours a week in the afternoon/evening hours, but this can vary, especially during the summer.

We provide training and support for aspiring ABA providers. Extra incentives include supervision for team members pursuing RBT, BCaBA, or BCBA certifications.

We utilize a pay-for-performance model to ensure fair compensation for your work!

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral training to clients through programs written by a trained BCBA.
• Collaborate weekly with BCBA on client progress and concerns.
• Take data during sessions and input into a data collection software.
• Use timers, token economies, and other behavioral aids to structure sessions and keep them engaging.
• Take objective session notes promptly after each session.
• Communicate with families and BCBA to coordinate schedules and arrive on time.

Job Requirements:

• Current college student, Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 1 year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, OR
• High school diploma and at least 5 years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Reliable transportation within 30 miles for home visits.
• Ability to physically lift or carry 50 pounds and ensure client safety by preventing elopement or giving chase if necessary.
• Ability to follow directions from BCBA and demonstrate compassion, patience, and prompt communication.

• Robbinsville, Hamilton, Bordentown, Trenton, Lawrenceville, Princeton, Chesterfield, Hightstown, Cranbury, East Windsor, and West Windsor.

Schedule:

• Flexible! Choose your work days. Maintain a consistent schedule, including weekends if desired.
