Carolina SeniorCare, part of EveryAge, is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) in Lexington, NC to support older adults and help them live independently at home and in our community-based program.

This role offers hands-on care, daily activities, and teamwork with an interdisciplinary team. No night shifts, with options for full-time or part-time schedules, plus a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with older adults, seniors, or individuals requiring supportive care.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required.
• Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals).
• Support daily group and individual activities.
• Monitor well-being and report changes to staff.
• Assist with meal preparation and supervision during meals.
• Maintain clean, safe participant care areas.
• Support transportation needs and vehicle loading/unloading.
• Follow participant care plans as a team member.
• Complete required documentation and charting.
• Follow safety, infection control, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings.

Carolina SeniorCare PACE is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to join our interdisciplinary care team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support and companionship to older adults while helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
