Job summary

Accurate Home Care is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/CFSS Support Worker for RESPITE to provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities during the overnight hours on Fridays and Saturdays. The role operates under supervision by a Qualified Professional to maintain health and independence and follows the patient care plan.

The position requires compassionate, reliable individuals who can lift up to 50 lbs, have a valid driver’s license, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
• Fluent in the English Language.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient cares according to the patient’s care plan.
• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing).
• Communicate changes or concerns to Clinical Manager/scheduling team.
• Perform light housework or activities related to independent living.
• Report any changes or concerns to supervisor.
