Job summary

Accurate Home Care is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/CFSS Support Worker in Saint Cloud, MN. This role can be full-time or part-time and pays a competitive wage of $18.00/hour.

You will provide comfort and daily living assistance under supervision to help maintain health and independence. Responsibilities include following each patient’s care plan, assisting with bathing, feeding, grooming, and light housekeeping, and communicating any changes to the Clinical Manager and scheduling

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• PCA/CFSS certificate preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per care plan.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing.
• Perform light housework to support independence.
• Report changes to Clinical Manager promptly.
