Interim HealthCare is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in Wilmington, NC to provide compassionate, in-home care. You’ll assist with activities of daily living, provide medication reminders, and help clients maintain independence with dignity and respect.

Flexible shifts offer weekday, weekend, and various daily time options, with competitive hourly pay. We support caregivers through paid orientation, ongoing training, and a team-centered environment.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Six months of caregiving experience or comparable personal caregiving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach to care.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, skin and nail care, and meal assistance.
• Providing medication reminders
• Encouraging proper nutrition and hydration
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Supporting clients' independence while treating them with dignity and respect
• Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families

Schedule Options

We offer flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle, including:

• Weekday and weekend opportunities
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Private duty schedules may vary based on client needs

Pay

$16–$17 per hour

What You'll Do

As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll provide compassionate support by:

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, skin and nail care, and meal assistance
